Q&A

Q&A

How can I ensure that my candle burns properly and doesn't form a tunnel?
The 1st time you light your candle, make sure you leave it lit for at least 2 hours so that the melted wax reaches the edges of the container and forms a nice "pool’". The next time, the candle will burn symmetrically.

How can I make sure my candle doesn't give off black smoke?
We recommend that you keep the wick at 0.5cm and trim it back if necessary. This will prevent the flame from being too high. When the flame is too high, the candle may burn unevenly, smoke and give off black soot.

How do I store my candles?
Candles are sensitive to temperature variations. We advise you not to leave them near a strong source of heat, as they may "sweat". If this happens, don't worry! Place your candles in a cool place and they will regain their original appearance. Ideally, store your candles in a cool place, protected from light, with their lids on.

What should I do with the container once my candle is finished?
We encourage you to keep and reuse your container once your candle is finished. All you have to do is clean it with soap and hot water.
